2020 Virtual Road Trip

Let’s hit the road, y’all! Our main goal was to create a fun, unique, and engaging way for our client community to come together during the pandemic. I worked closely with a small pod to design an experience from start-to-finish. From the invitations to a road-trip themed mailer, a two-hour live broadcast to a multi-page post-event recap that each attendee received, every touch point was heavily branded to create a memorable experience. It was a trip, and we experienced everything from a dashboard DJ, travel games, trivia, roadblocks, detours, and even a surprise appearance from a hitchhiking Carole Baskin.
